TONIGHT! Our Lady Bulldog Volleyball team begins playoff action against Brazos High School. The game is scheduled for 7:00 pm @ Magnolia West High School. Good luck as they begin the playoffs!

NWISD Transportation Department has notified us that busses 12 and 55 may experience delays in dropping off students. There are powerline problems on FM 1374 near Burger King.

Lady Bulldog Volleyball team in action tonight at Leggett High School as they are in a 3 way tie for the playoffs. Game time should be approximately 5:30, following conclusion of 1st game. Good luck to the Lady Bulldogs as they battle for the playoffs!

Hwy 75 at FM 2793 - Between New Waverly and Huntsville, avoid the area as Hwy 75 is completely shut down. FM 2793 will be shut down as well (courtesy New Waverly Community News). We will be working to reroute busses as needed.

Tonight's 7th, 8th, and Junior Varsity football games will begin at 4 pm and will be played at the New Waverly Junior High field due to an issue on high school field being repaired. Bring an umbrella as the forecast calls for rain!

Reminder: New Waverly ISD will host an open community meeting tonight @6:30 pm at the New Waverly Elementary Cafeteria. We will be providing information regarding the upcoming bond issue. Everyone is invited to attend!

Good morning. Phone and computer lines are down in the district. The issue deals with the fiber line from Suddenlink. They are aware of their problem and they are working on it. We will update you as we get more information.
