Due to possible inclement weather approaching the Varsity Football game against Kountze has been moved to tonight, October 27, 2022 at 7pm.
Senior Pep Rally has also been moved up to today at 2:20pm.

NWISD update. We had a lightning strike near the junior high campus with possible campus contact. All kids are safe; fire department helped assure that buildings are safe. Any damage appears to be related to campus electronic devices.

Parents of incoming 7th graders,
7th grade students MUST have specific vaccines before the first day of school. A letter has been mailed home about the vaccines needed. The Walker County Department of Health Services will be hosting an Immunization Clinic on August 3 & 17, 2022 from 9-11am at the New Waverly Public Library, please see attached flyer for more details.

District Nurse Celeste Roberts will be holding a public meeting to discuss the new sex education curriculum with parents. We encourage parents to attend.
